Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, VIN and part requirements. VIN submission is strongly recommended.

Warranty

Warranty terms may vary depending on the product purchased. Warranty details, if applicable, will be provided at the time of sale.

Limitation of Liability

International Auto & Parts LLC is not responsible for labor charges, towing expenses, rental vehicle costs, programming, flashing, calibration, diagnostic fees, installation costs, lost income or consequential damages.

Order Cancellation

Approved cancellations may be subject to outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
