Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. International Auto & Parts LLC does not provide refunds unless otherwise required by law.
30-Day Replacement Policy
Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days from delivery, no replacement, no refund and no warranty claim will be accepted.
Replacement Claim Requirements
To be eligible for replacement review, customers must provide a professional diagnostic report from a licensed repair facility or certified technician and a complete, unedited open-box video showing the sealed package before opening, the shipping label clearly visible, the unpacking process and the condition of the part upon arrival.
Engine, Transmission, ECM & TCM Claims
Claims for engines, transmissions, ECMs and TCMs may require proof of professional installation, diagnostic report, VIN number and purchase invoice.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Parts
Customers must report damaged, defective or incorrect parts within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification and approval, International Auto & Parts LLC may provide a replacement of the same or equivalent value, subject to availability.
Order Cancellation
Approved order cancellations are subject to outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred by the order.
Not Covered
Programming, flashing, calibration, labor charges, towing expenses, rental vehicle costs, diagnostic fees, installation costs and loss of income are not covered under any replacement policy.
Fraud Prevention
International Auto & Parts LLC reserves the right to request additional documentation, photographs, videos, proof of installation, VIN verification, invoices and diagnostic reports before approving any replacement request.
